You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic whip. When you hit a creature or object that is Large or smaller with this whip, you can pull that creature or object 5 feet toward you instead of dealing damage.

Proficiency with a whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
